This interactive tool allows you to create highly customized, irregular pentagonal planter geometries for aesthetic exploration or 3D printing.
Control Definitions:
- Height (H): Controls the overall height and aspect ratio of the planter.
- Elliptical Distortion: Stretches the base shape along the X-axis (Width). 1.0 is a circle; values towards 2.0 create a strong ellipse.
- Radial Distribution: Adds a deterministic, controlled "wonkiness" to the pentagon's edges. 0.0 is smooth; 1.0 is maximum irregularity.
- Top Scale (Taper): Controls the size of the opening relative to the base. 1.0 is a straight prism; values below 1.0 taper inward.
- Wall Thickness (T): Defines the solid thickness of the walls, rim, and bottom floor, essential for 3D printing. (Max: 0.15)
- Cut Angle (Tilt, θ): Tilts the top opening along the X-axis, creating a slanted, asymmetrical lip. (Range: $\pm 25^{\circ}$)
Use your mouse or touch to rotate the shape. Click Download as STL to export your custom, print-ready geometry.
